Description
-Provide front-line support for clients via email and chat channels
- Your role is to resolve common customer inquiries efficiently while delivering a positive brand experience
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Use ticketing platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk) to log and resolve issues
- Follow standard operating procedures and escalation guidelines
- Maintain a minimum CSAT of 90% and AHT targets
- Document customer feedback and flag recurring issues for continuous improvement

Job Requirement
we are looking for a candidate who fulfill these requirements
-1–2 years in a customer service or BPO environment
- Excellent written English and typing speed (min 40 WPM)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with help desk tools and Google Workspace
