Description

  • -Provide front-line support for clients via email and chat channels
  • - Your role is to resolve common customer inquiries efficiently while delivering a positive brand experience
  • - Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • - Use ticketing platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk) to log and resolve issues
  • - Follow standard operating procedures and escalation guidelines
  • - Maintain a minimum CSAT of 90% and AHT targets
  • - Document customer feedback and flag recurring issues for continuous improvement

Job Requirement

we are looking for a candidate who fulfill these requirements

  • -1–2 years in a customer service or BPO environment
  • - Excellent written English and typing speed (min 40 WPM)
  • - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • - Familiarity with help desk tools and Google Workspace
  • BSC
